6. Warranty and Maintenance
All fire safety equipment supplied by VP Fire Solution carries a manufacturer’s warranty as applicable.
Periodic maintenance, servicing, and refilling (for extinguishers) are the responsibility of the client unless covered under an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC).
7. Liability Disclaimer
While VP Fire Solution ensures high-quality products and services, we shall not be held responsible for:
- Damages arising from improper usage, handling, or maintenance of fire equipment.
- Accidents or incidents resulting from non-compliance with recommended safety practices.

8. Confidentiality
All project-related data, drawings, and documents shared between VP Fire Solution and the client will remain strictly confidential and used only for project execution purposes.
9. Cancellations & Refunds
In case of service cancellation by the client after order confirmation, applicable cancellation or restocking charges may apply.
Refunds, if any, will be processed based on the project’s progress and incurred costs.
10. Emergency Support
VP Fire Solution offers 24/7 emergency support for fire safety system faults and urgent service needs.
Response time may vary depending on the client’s location and the nature of the emergency.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
